We ship to customers across the UK and worldwide. All orders are handled with care — your cards matter to us as much as they do to you.

Note: Exact shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. The information below is a general guide.


Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • During high-demand periods (new set releases, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer. We'll always communicate any delays.

International delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing in your country. ThunderBolt Cards is not responsible for customs delays.


Packaging

We take packaging seriously. Every order is packed to protect your cards in transit:

  • Singles — Sleeved, top-loaded, and secured in a rigid mailer or padded envelope
  • Sealed products — Bubble-wrapped and boxed where appropriate for larger items
  • Graded cards — Double-sleeved in slab protectors and packed with additional padding

Tracking

All tracked orders will receive a tracking number via email once dispatched. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam folder and then contact us.


Import Duties & Customs (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. ThunderBolt Cards has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

We will not falsify customs declarations or mark orders as gifts to help avoid duties. Any request to do so will be declined.


Lost or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  1. Check your tracking information if applicable
  2. Check with neighbours or your local delivery office
  3. Contact us at Hello@thunderboltcards.co.uk with your order number

We will investigate with the carrier and do our best to resolve the situation. Please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us, as delays can occur during busy periods.
